Cisco Live — Cisco's flagship annual technology conference — needed a visual identity refresh capable of holding together across keynote stages, digital channels and an in-person event for over 20,000 hybrid attendees. A modular system the internal teams could deploy at speed without losing fidelity.

The Narrative

Background

A flagship annual conference whose visual identity had to hold across a 30-metre stage backdrop, a 16:9 keynote slide, a phone-sized social card, a lanyard and a piece of wayfinding signage — without diluting the core brand.

Challenge

Build something the internal team can deploy at speed: a kit, not a one-off design.

Opportunity

Anchor a modular system that the brand can re-stage every year — components, not compositions.

Approach

Luminous gradients and kinetic typography on top of Cisco's core blue. Build the keynote as a sequenced narrative; build the environment from the same components.
