Background

The category default for residencies is property marketing — floorplans, square footage, generic CGI. Infinity needed the opposite reference point.

Challenge

Earn the right to feel like a hospitality brand from day one — every touchpoint, no weak link.

Opportunity

Benchmark against luxury hospitality: how a five-star hotel introduces itself, photographs space, lets a customer imagine themselves inside it.

Approach

A restrained identity, a hand-finished print suite, and a digital experience that holds the same register from envelope to homepage.
