Brief
An ecosystem, not a launch.
Most creator education businesses launch as a stack of disconnected products — a course here, a template there, a Patreon nobody updates. In The Studio was built the other way around: one ecosystem, designed so every asset supports customer growth and long-term engagement.



Strategy
Mapping the customer's whole journey.
We mapped the full journey a creative founder takes — from free resources, to a first paid product, to membership, to community — and designed an offer for every step. No dead ends, no surprise upsells, just a clear path that compounds.


Architecture
Product hierarchy, designed to scale.
We designed the product hierarchy so the catalogue could grow without breaking. Categories, naming and pricing tiers were structured so the next ten products would slot in cleanly — without a rebuild.
Each product was treated as a node inside the wider system, not a standalone launch. Cross-sell pathways, membership benefits and community access were wired in from the start.



Infrastructure
Shopify, memberships and community in one stack.
We built the platform on a Shopify-led stack that integrates digital products, memberships and community in a single back office. One login for the customer, one dashboard for the founder.
Brand
A studio voice, not an info-product voice.
The visual and verbal identity is deliberately quiet — closer to a creative studio than the typical loud, neon, hard-sell aesthetic of online education. The brand earns trust by sounding like the work it teaches.
